How I Got Here

My own journey through change and self-discovery sparked a deep passion for helping others find their footing.

Having experienced firsthand how clarity and support can transform the way we face life’s challenges, I sought to equip myself with the tools to support others in their changing tides.

Thus, with a Bachelor of Arts in Education – Psychology and a Certification in Professional Counselling, I bring the lessons from my own learning and life experiences into a person-centred approach that focuses on understanding, empowerment and practical change.
